Shipping Policies
- Our normal lead time on most orders will be 3-5 business days door to door. Shipping times may vary based on season.
- Free standard shipping is available on most orders in Canada with a total value of $250.00 before taxes. PSH reserves the right to decline free shipping in circumstances where the cost is not economically viable.
- Standard shipping fees for items below a total value of $250.00 before taxes vary depending on where you are located.
- Areas not serviced by Canada Post or remote areas will not be eligible for free shipping and will be charged shipping at checkout.
- Returns are not covered by our free shipping policy.
- We do not ship to PO boxes.
- Average sized orders will be shipped via courier to your doorstep. Larger items will be shipped LTL freight to the curbside in front of your house depending on access. You will need to be home to receive these types of larger deliveries. You are responsible for moving your purchase onto your property and into a place of storage. The freight company will go as far as the curbside only. Re-delivery charges may apply if the freight company is unable to complete the delivery on first attempt.
